Please read through these instructions as well as the conditions for registration, attendance and cancellation (https://orbis2025.fi/terms)
The major difference between the default registration form and the international group registration process is how the attendance fee is paid: individual participants pay on-line immediately whereas when the group registration form is used the attendance fee will be invoiced from the National Scouting Organization (NSO) which in turn will then collect the fees from its members.
If you are the group leader of an international group, you need to register your group. Scroll down for the instructions!
If you are an individual international participant, in other words an IST (international service team member), please use the “basic” registration form. It is available in three languages: Finnish, Swedish and English. This form requires you to pay the registration fee on-line right after submitting the form.

Instructions for English-speaking members of Suomen Partiolaiset OR Individual international participants
The default registration form is found here. You can select Finnish, Swedish or English as the language using the flag icons in the upper right hand corner. kuksaan.fi/66061
- The registration is binding after the participation fee is paid. Please note that the fee is paid on-line during the registration process. No credit card payment is possible.
- All members of the Suomen Partiolaiset – Finlands Scouter ry, the National Scouting organization in Finland, must register using the Partio-ID. If you have issues, please contact the membership coordinator (jäsenrekisterinhoitaja) of your own local troop (lippukunta).
- For participants under 18 years old, the registration is done by the guardian using the guardian credentials (huoltaja-ID). Please pay attention to selecting the correct person, i.e. the child instead of the guardian! If you have any issues, please contact the membership coordinator (jäsenrekisterinhoitaja) of your own local troop (lippukunta).
- If you /your child is applying for a stipend, please tag it at the end of the form and you will be routed to the application. You will not have to pay anything before you are informed of the stipend decision. Should the decision be negative, or the stipend lower than the amount applied for, the participation can be cancelled free of charge for 2 weeks according to the conditions. (https://orbis2025.fi/terms)
- If you are registering as a family unit (perhekunta), only one of the adults should answer the questions about the family unit and create a family unit identifier at the bottom of the form. Each subsequent registration must then include the family unit identifier.
